| Abstract: | The "Financial Budget Manual 1992" is an invaluable reference book for farmers and growers, consultants and students. It contains a wealth of up to date information on farm (and orchard) costs and prices, the profitability of different enterprises, income taxation, and estate and gift duties. Also included this year is an "Outlook" section, produced by the Agribusiness and Economics Research Unit (A.E.R.U.) at Lincoln University. A.E.R.U. staff have reviewed the market/price outlook for each of New Zealand's major products, ranging from wool to kiwifruit. The section comes as an insert in the Financial Budget Manual, and we hope that readers will benefit from this up-to-date market information. |
