Abstract
This paper will analyse in greater detail the differences between these market segments and the variations in perceptions of the ITO and winery stakeholders to this emerging market. Finally, gaps in the current wine tourism offerings and opportunities to improve the wine tourism experience for the Chinese visitor market will be discussed.
