Reserve measures up but can improve

Abstract

Troubled wildlife reserve Pukaha Mt Bruce has survived the scrutiny of a peer review in fairly good shape although the just-published report has pointed the finger at some areas of pest control that need to be improved. The Department of Conservation-commissioned review, done by James Ross, of Landsdowne Ventures, Christchurch, makes seven recommendations.
