Abstract
In Farm Management a major concern is efficient use of resources. Substantial research and field investigation has been carried out on efficient utilization of land and capital, but labour utilization is a topic which has received relatively little attention.
Applied labour in this project, "efficient utilization" means carrying out an operation in the shortest possible time, without excessive physical effort, while producing at a satisfactory level of output; that is, using less labour to produce the same level of output, or using the same labour to produce more.
