Abstract
Blueberry stem canker and stem blight is a significant disease in the New Zealand blueberry industry. A recent survey recovered approximately 150 isolates of botryosphaeriaceous fungi from symptomatic plant material from six North Island blueberry farms. The aim of this study was to use molecular tools to identify 93 isolates from this collection and to assess genetic diversity of one of the species recovered.
