Abstract
The research project is aimed to understand the fundamental elements of coaching and how the coaching discipline is used in agricultural businesses. This research also aimed to document the benefits of using coaching as effective leadership tool within a dairy farming business and to explore potential areas for future use of this discipline. This research built on and strengthened currently available industry information. Interviews with dairy industry participants, as well as an extensive literature search were methods used to gather all relevant information needed to achieve the research objectives.
