A survey of Christchurch consumer attitudes to meat

Abstract

This paper presents the analysis, methods, and results from a survey of meat buying attitudes and consumption patterns in the Christchurch metropolitan area. The project is part of a larger study to determine and measure factors affecting pricing and consumption of meat in New Zealand.
