Abstract
At a time when the rights and responsibilities of citizenship are frequently in the news, this is a timely study across three of the five core Anglosphere countries. Newsworthy stories have ranged from debates around whether to strip ‘alleged terrorists’ of citizenship, to the deportation of New Zealanders from Australia under Section 501 of Australia’s Migration Act.
