Abstract
As required under section 16 of the Severe Weather Emergency Recovery Legislation Act 2023, this is the Review Panel’s report on the draft Order, including its recommendations and brief comments. While the Panel concluded it was are not aware of any reason why the Minister might not consider the Order to be necessary and/or desirable, it concluded the Order would benefit from several clarifications, notably relating to freshwater and papakāinga.
