Abstract
This paper outlines the New Zealand TUI (Technology Users' Innovation) research programme. The two main research objectives are: 1. User innovation and socio-technical networks in selected New Zealand sectors 2. Cross-cultural comparisons of New Zealand innovation culture. The rationale for the research is: 1. A need to improve NZ’s innovation ranking, and 2. To answer the question, where do we stand in terms of innovation rating?
