Abstract

This dissertation presents the results from the fourth year of the proposed five-year St James Walkway research project.

It brings together the 1984 results alongside the 1985 results. Where applicable, mention has been made of any major trend changes or developing patterns from the first two years of this five-year study.

In some tables where percentages are shown, some columns do not add up to exactly one hundred per cent. This is due to the rounding off of the original figures to the nearest decimal point or else a high non-response rate. Percentage tables are in relative frequencies unless otherwise stated.
