A survey of the genus Erythonium section Pardalinae of Northern California and South Western Oregon: A thesis submitted for N.D.H. (Hons.) R.N.Z.I.H.

Abstract

Erythronium L., Section Pardalinae Applegate, Madrano, 3: 61 (1935), includes 8 species and 1 variety, all found and most confined to no1ihem California and southwest Oregon. Description, dist1ibution, habitat and cultivation is discussed with a horticultural key provided, and field data appended. Attention is paid to horticultural merit, especially with variations within the species and hybrids.
