Abstract
An ECan-invited presentation to assist environmental NGOs in understanding why they should submit on triennial Long Term Plans prepared by local governments under the Local Government Act 2002. The presentation also provides advice on how to make an effective submission and presentation. Presented at the 2024 Canterbury Regional Council (ECan) "Enviro-networks hui - Environment Canterbury's draft Long Term Plan consultation"
