Reconciliation of valuation methodologies

Abstract

If nothing else at least for the sake of consistency in our teaching - it is healthy that the matter of procedures relating to reconciliation of valuation methodologies receives a bit of an airing and discussion. Primary references are the Australian & New Zealand valuation and Property Standards (API-PINZ, 2009), and the International Valuation Standards (IVSC, 2011).
