Abstract

NZ is the only country in the OECD that does not have a regular state of environmental reporting required through legislation, yet it's known internationally as a clean, green country. How do we measure how clean and green we really are? What is the purpose of having an environmental report, and if it is to be useful, what should it truly consider?
