Abstract
This manual has been designed as a practical reference and comprehensive guide on 'Program Development' for Disabled Skiers in New Zealand. Following the steps of the program planning process, this manual has been specifically directed towards those already working within this field, and additionally may be used as an extremely useful reference guide for those establishing a new Branch and program in New Zealand; or those who are simply curious to know what it all entails. Each part has been designed in such a way that it can be easily referred to as a guide, for specific reference. For example, a section on volunteering provides a background for those interested in volunteer work, and what it all involves, while the section on Management outlines the objectives of 'office' members.
