Abstract
Designing planting begs many questions, including how to relate to the physical setting, the cultural context, and to the practice of planting and how the planter can find affinity with the plants and their placement. We explored these questions in a project for Ngai Tahu Farming, a dairy development owned by one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s Maori tribes.
