Halswell Junction Road industrial area: Occupant profile study

Abstract

The Halswell Junction Road industrial area is south of the Hornby/ Sockburn industrial area, an area which has recently experienced outstanding growth. The Halswell area, too, has shown substantial growth, but with some unoccupied sections and undeveloped sections still, there is great potential for further development. OBJECTIVE The object of this survey was to assess those attributes most favoured by current Halswell tenants with a mind to helping developers better target their developments and subdivisions to suit the potential market.
