The propagation of ornamental conifers by cuttings : Thesis submitted for National Diploma of Horticulture (N.Z.)

Abstract
A series of three tests was conducted during the months of June, July and August 1975 on selected ornamental conifer cuttings . Three aspects were chosen. Firstly to discover whether the u􀯹e of Indolebutyric Acid (I.B .A.) in various strengths had any effect on the rooting of cuttings. Secondly, which medium of the three used for the test proved to be the most satisfactory to the rooting of cuttings. Thirdly, the difference in the ability of selected genera clones to root.
