dc.description.abstractThis report presents the results and conclusions from a consumer survey which was carried out in Christchurch and Auckland during January 1980. It was aimed at providing information on consumer purchasing and consumption patterns on potato, and factors affecting these patterns. It has been conducted under a contract with the New Zealand Potato Board to aid in the development of a marketing strategy for the 1980s.en
