    Abstract
This training manual is designed for use in the field of instructor training. It is to be used as a guide for instructors in local authority vocational training courses. It may be used alongside programmes of the Vocational Training Service. Further information is available through – The Vocational Training Council Toastmasters and Toastmistresses Dale Carnegie sponsored courses The N.Z. Council of Adult Education The N.Z. Institute of Management Polytechnics, Universities and Community Colleges throughout New Zealand.
