This presentation provides a summary of results from TUI (Technology Users' Innovation) case studies. It provides the details of the user innovation situation in New Zealand, and suggests policy indications and implications. In asking how ambitious we are, it proposes the question, should we try and change national values to achieve greater interest in and acceptance of innovation as the way ahead for individuals and for the nation?en
