Natural resources and the Treaty of Waitangi : development of government policy

    Morrison, Toni
    Abstract
Chapter one laid out the background and context in which the issues covered in the report take place. The aims and objectives of the project are described, as are the methods used and the limitations of the report. Definitions of terms used in the text are also included. The chapter concludes with discussion of the implications for future resource management and ownership policy.... [Show full abstract]
