Demand for ‘good wine’ from a ‘good environment’
Abstract
This poster provides results from a project estimating the value of ecosystem services in New Zealand agriculture. Survey results for wine buying behaviour, knowledge and preferences regarding wine safety and sustainable wine production are given.
