dc.description.abstractThis report describes an application of the River Values Assessment System (RiVAS) method for irrigation, as described by Harris and Mulcock (2010), to the Hawke’s Bay region. The work forms part of an Envirolink project designed to develop a ‘useable’ system for regional councils to assess the significance of in- and out-of-stream river values in New Zealand.
