The key drivers and barriers to the sustainable development of commercial property in New Zealand
In 2011 research was conducted to identify the key drivers and barriers to the sustainable development of commercial property in New Zealand (NZ) by surveying a cross-section of these market participants. The overall aim of the research was to identify any barriers that need to be overcome so that progress can be made towards advancing the sustainable building agenda in NZ’s commercial property sector that will help improve building energy performance and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
