Crop disease management: A systems research approach

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present the basic framework by which systems research concepts may be applied in crop disease control. For the most part the discussion will be at a general level to create a base for the following papers of Blackie (1977) and of Teng (1977) where the notions expressed here are translated into a specific research and application project.
