Lincoln University has been involved with this leaders programme since 1979 when it was launched with a grant from the Kellogg Foundation, USA.This report identifies the opportunity for dairy farm development work in China, which lead to the formation of the company Agricultural Developments International Ltd (ADiL's). The report summarises the challenges and influences effecting ADiL in its quest to find a suitable starting point for agriculture development in China.
