This study investigated the pollen content of mānuka honey produced in New Zealand and compared it to clover honey from the same region. Seventy four honey samples were used in this study. After pollen analysis, only ha;f the sample labelled as mānuka met the criteria to be called authentic mānuka while most clover honeys could be claimed as authentic clover.pp.35-39enCopyright © The Authors.honeyManuka Honeypollen contentClover HoneyComparative pollen analysis of mānuka and other honeys produced in New ZealandConference Contribution - publishedANZSRC::0908 Food Sciences
