In the light of a cursory observation of the area there appeared to be an imbalance between the plans and the environment in which it was intended that they be implemented. The majority of the work in this project took the form of library research into the work of geologists in the area of the Seally and Ben Ohau Ranges and the terraces at the feet of these ranges. Some field work was undertaken, mainly in an attempt to obtain "a feel for the area" and to become more conversant with the structure of the area, particularly in the vicinity of the Mount Cook village.41 pagesenhttps://researcharchive.lincoln.ac.nz/pages/rightsMount Cooknational parksrecreational facilitiesnational park developmentMount Cook National Park development : A project [i.e. dissertation] undertaken in partial fulfillment [sic] of the requirements for the Diploma in Natural Resources, Lincoln CollegeDissertationDigital thesis can be viewed by current staff and students of Lincoln University only.
