Lincoln University has been involved with this leaders programme since 1979 when it was launched with a grant from the Kellogg Foundation, USA.As part of my programme for the Kellogg N.Z. Rural Leadership Course, I am conducting this survey of Dannevirke County Ratepayers and Residents. I feel that Councillors receive little indication of what people think.
