Abstract
To support a public policy agenda contributing to food and consumer well-being, this interactive session aims to advance the study of Alternative Food Consumption (AFC) in the domains of marketing and public policy. Participants will be involved in outlining important AFC topics that will culminate in a call to contribute to the first book in marketing and public policy about AFC. The session aims to be dialogical in nature and to challenge established food consumption assumptions through discussion and group brainstorming, and outline potentially fertile topics for research in marketing and public policy related to AFC.
