Abstract

The theme of the conference this year is 1984-1994: Ten Years of Progress? The last decade has seen considerable change to the New Zealand economy and the agricultural sector. We have seen significant changes in fiscal policy, monetary policy and the role of the state - changes to MAF, to universities to agricultural policy, to industrial policy and much more.
