Wildlife conservation in Uganda, upon which many beneficial activities especially tourism are dependent, provides a challenging problem in the development of multiple-objective management strategies. This challenge arises from the conflicting interests of uses of wildlife resources. This project report therefore gives a brief description and overview of the resource characteristics, identifies areas of conflict in resource use, and finally sets out some proposals as a form of suggested recommendations for the integration of tourism development and wildlife conservation management in Uganda.en
