Abstract

To investigate and report upon the gully systems of the area in and around the City of Hamilton, with the objective of determining their most desirable land use.

This report, should provide the source for a subsequent policy statement, for consideration by the Hamilton City Council, which identifies both the potentials and limitations of the use or uses identified. This policy statement should provide a planning and landscape framework for future city boundary extensions and inner city re-development.
